I got my daily horoscope in email. Don't ask why I get my horoscope sent to me daily. I don't have the faintest idea, but it does no harm, I think, so I don't stop it. I don't happen to believe in it, but it's harmless so I let it be.
That is, I didn't give much thought, and no weight, to horoscopes until I got this one today:
You guessed it, it's your daily horoscope.
Change is inevitable, and that's a good thing. Instead of being afraid, embrace it. Decide that now you want it as much as you used to think you didn't. There's magic in a phenomenon known as Cheerful Resignation. It enables you to go with the flow -- with minimum resistance from yourself and others. Cultivating good karma is the name of the game.Say, did someone tell this horoscope e-zine about me? They couldn't possibly know I have given weighted thought to a major life change. This IS only a horoscope, right?
I am a Libran. I know we do tend to take a long time to make decisions. Sometimes it's mistaken for being wishy - washy. It's not. Believe me, nothing could be further from the truth. We may weigh both sides of an issue until we are paralyzed, but that is NOT wishy washy!! It's an informed choice. (Some of us learn more quickly than others to quit thinking about every side of an issue. Choose a side and stick there.)
I have given some thought to that wording above. Cheerful Resignation. I know that there is such a thing. I used to see it in a Biken spirit frequently. When he fired his last volley and knew the battle was over, he went with the flow. He had suggested that I might like to learn to do that; that it makes life much more simple and more easily borne...Say, you don't think HE Sent them my wishy - washy attitude, do you? I mean horoscope whatevers?
